Think SMS
Our own SMS marketing platform: customer segments, campaigns and automated flows, built for Sri Lankan businesses.
Built and run by usE-commerce automation
Orders, stock, courier bookings and COD payments that update themselves, from first click to cash in hand.
AI agents & chatbots
Agents that answer customers in Sinhala, Tamil and English, day and night, and hand over to you when it matters.
Custom SaaS builds
Web apps, dashboards and internal tools built around the way your team already works.
Online stores & websites
Fast storefronts and company sites, wired into your stock, payments and couriers from day one.
Where we come from
Selling online in Sri Lanka isn’t like the tutorials. Customers order on WhatsApp, pay cash on delivery, ask questions in three languages and expect an answer tonight. Couriers run their own systems, and payments arrive from five directions at once.
Most software ignores all of that. We start from it. Every tool we build is shaped around COD, local couriers, bank transfers and the way your customers actually talk to you.
We work from Rattanapitiya, close to the businesses we build for. One team, from the first conversation to the last line of code.
What changed
The tools got good. An AI agent can now read an order, check the stock, book a courier and reply to the customer before you’ve finished your tea.
That’s exactly why the hard part moved. Knowing which jobs to hand over, and which ones still need you, is the difference between software that saves your week and software that annoys your customers.
Repeating the same answer, matching payments to orders and updating stock at 2am, without getting tired.
Knowing your regulars, reading a tricky supplier and deciding when a discount is worth it.
We build for that line: machines take the repetition, you keep the judgment.
We start from your day, not from a template: a careful look at how orders, money and messages really move through your business, then software built in small pieces you can use straight away.
We sit with you and trace every order, payment and message, so the right thing gets automated first.
Small, working pieces you can try early, instead of one big launch at the end.
Store, courier, payments and messages connected, so the routine runs itself.
Once something works, it becomes a system we extend as you add products, staff and channels.
E-commerce automation
From cart to cash. An order arrives once and moves through the whole business on its own: confirmed with the customer, packed, booked with the courier, and matched to the payment when the money lands. You only step in when something needs a person.
Talk about your storeFrom your store, WhatsApp or Facebook, captured in one place with the customer’s details.
An automatic message confirms the order and the COD amount before anything ships.
Courier booked, label ready and tracking sent to the customer, with nothing copied by hand.
Payments matched to orders, returns flagged, and the day’s numbers ready when you are.
Where to start
Most businesses we meet aren’t short of ideas, they’re short of hours. The fix is rarely one big system. It’s the next level up from where you are today.
Automation has levels, and skipping them is how projects fail. We find your level, build the next step, and make sure it earns its keep before we go further.
We’ll tell you honestly which level is worth it for your business, and which one isn’t yet.
Not every win is a big platform. Some of the most useful things we build are small jobs that run quietly in the background. A few we can set up for you:
COD confirmations
Every new order gets an automatic SMS asking the customer to confirm, before a parcel leaves the shop.
Trilingual replies
A chat agent that answers product and delivery questions in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
Stock sync
One stock count across your website, marketplace listings and the shelf, updated as orders land.
Payment matching
Bank transfers and courier COD payouts matched to orders automatically, with the exceptions flagged.
Cart reminders
A friendly SMS to customers who left something in the cart, timed so it helps rather than nags.
